Mark your calendars for Tuesday, October 24th, 2019, the UWCCC Flow Lab will be hosting Timothy Crawford, PhD, Field Applications Scientist in Informatics, for the whole day! We’ll have workshops focusing on flow cytometry data analysis basics, advanced data analysis platforms (tSNE/optSNE, FlowSOM, UMAP, Downsample, PhenoGraph, and other algorithms for automated clustering, subset identification, and data QC).
