Join us for an in-person UWCCC Clinical Research Investigator Forum on Thursday, Sept. 17, from 12-1 p.m. in WIMR 3001A. All clinical research investigators are invited. Investigators share knowledge and best practices on different clinical research topics.
- Forum Topic: Sarah Stewart, Assistant Director of Clinical Research, and Janna Bergum, Billing Compliance Specialist, will present on “Medicare Coverage Analysis at UWCCC.”
- Agenda: UWCCC Billing Compliance staff review of the National Coverage Determination (NCD) 310.1 (and other NCDs/LCDs along with NCCN Guidelines and Lexidrug) to determine if study charges should be billed to study, waived by the hospital, or billed to insurance.
