This year, Northwestern University is hosting the 5th Annual Preclinical Imaging Consortium
What started as a premier Midwest preclinical imaging meeting, MPIC has grown in scale, and thus, has dropped the “M” from the name and has become simply – PIC – to reflect it’s nationwide expansion. Committed to advancing translational science through various imaging techniques, the PIC brings together over 180 preclinical imaging facility directors, managers, staff, as well as users nationwide – all of whom are experts across a variety of modalities. Since its inception, (M)PIC’s goal has been to facilitate a relaxed, open dialogue for sharing ideas regarding facility use and management, and interact with industry partners, with the complementary goal of advancing preclinical imaging’s role in translational science.
