TRIP Lab/ACD Webinar: Incorporating RNAscope to spatially resolve gene expression and validate high throughput data

March 10, 2021 @ 12:00 pm

Please join us March 10th at 12pm CST for the webinar“Incorporating RNAscope to spatially resolve gene expression and validate high throughput data” sponsored by the Translational Research Initiatives in Pathology (TRIP) Lab.

Register at: https://info.acdbio.com/ACD-Academic-Sales-Webinar-University-of-Wisconsin_LP-webinar-main.html

During this event, you will learn how the RNAscope assays are rapidly becoming routinely used for pushing the boundaries of understanding cellular gene expression levels, within any tissue and species, in a multitude of research areas.

Join us to learn how RNAscope in situ hybridization (ISH) technology provides a powerful method to detect gene expression within the spatial and morphological tissue context, as well as validate single cell sequencing results from the Nanostring GeoMx platform.

In this webinar, Dr. Anushka Dikshit, an Applications Scientist at ACD, will provide an introduction to the RNAscope Technology platform of assays identify Regions of Interest for Nanostring analysis and validate and visualize target gene expression results with spatial context. She will also present RNAscope assays as a way to identify and characterize novel cell populations in complex tissues and visualize RNA and protein targets simultaneously to identify cell type-specific gene expression.
