The Flow Lab is hosting a seminar presented by Rebecca Bultema from Nodexus, focusing on their NX One single cell sorter. This is a benchtop sorter for deposition of single cells into 96 well plates specifically designed for cell line development, selection of GFP+ populations for CRISPR workflows, enrichment, liquid reagent dispensing into plates, and some fluorescent based phenotyping capabilities.
