Seminar: Principles of Panel Design and Optimization, 2pm Tuesday, March 5 in WIMR 7001A

Lauren Nettenstrom, SCYM(ASCP) of the UWCCC Flow Cytometry Laboratory will be presenting Principles of Panel Design and Optimization at 2pm on Tuesday March, 5 in WIMR 7001A.  This seminar will focus how to build and optimize a multi-color panel for flow cytometry taking into account available instrumentation, reagents, pairing fluorochromes with antibodies, proper controls, titrating reagents, compensation, gating strategies, and data analysis.  Lauren will also introduce some of the UWCCC Flow Lab’s instrument characterization data and how that can aid in panel design.
All levels of expertise are welcome.  We hope to see you there!
