Summary:
Cancer care includes multiple treatment modalities delivered in complex multi-team organizational systems. Little research has explored measurement of team performance in multidisciplinary teams (MDTs). This multi-perspective discussion will explore several factors affecting the performance of cancer MDTs and the development of a tool to measure team performance.  We will be referring to the attached case study during the discussion.
