SAIRF data is automatically backed up to UW ResearchDrive and can be accessed and analyzed via:<\/p>\n

  2. Your work\/home computer<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    1. Accessing Data via SAIRF Analysis Workstations<\/u><\/strong>\n
        \n
      1. Contact SAIRF staff (sairf@uwcarbone.wisc.edu<\/a>) to receive:\n
          \n
        1. Permissions to access your data on UW ResearchDrive. In the email, include instrument and folder name where your data is located.<\/li>\n
        2. iLab reservation permissions (if you don\u2019t already have permissions)<\/li>\n
        3. Password to the Analysis Workstation local account (if you do not have a Department of Medicine (DOM) account)<\/li>\n
        4. Formal software training (if not completed)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
        5. Reserve SAIRF-AW1, SAIRF-AW2, SAIRF-AW3 or SAIRF-VevoLab in iLab<\/li>\n
        6. Login to the SAIRF Analysis Workstation with your DOM account or the local account credentials provided to you.<\/li>\n
        7. When\/if prompted with the ZENworks application, hit Esc.<\/li>\n
        8. Map network drive\n
            \n
          1. Double click on the \u201cSAIRF ResearchDrive\u201d batch file located on the desktop<\/li>\n
          2. Enter your UW NetID and hit enter<\/li>\n
          3. Enter your password and hit enter (File Explorer will automatically open with the SAIRF data you have access to)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
          4. Copy\/paste data from UW ResearchDrive to local F: drive of SAIRF Analysis Workstation<\/li>\n
          5. Open imaging data in the respective image analysis software.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

              1. Contact SAIRF staff (sairf@uwcarbone.wisc.edu<\/a>) to receive:\n

                1. Permissions to access your data on UW ResearchDrive. In the email, include instrument and folder name where your data is located.<\/li>\n
                2. Consultation on available imaging software to conduct analysis<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
                3. If you are off campus or using wifi, install GlobalConnect VPN<\/a> on your computer (skip this step if connected to a hard-wired campus network).<\/li>\n
                4. After GlobalConnect VPN is installed, follow the instructions here<\/a> (for PC) or here<\/a> (for Mac) with the modifications below:\n

                  1. PC: replace \\\\research.drive.wisc.edu\\[PI NetID] with \\\\dom.drive.wisc.edu\\sairf and login with yourNetID@ad.wisc.edu<\/a> and NetID password<\/li>\n
                  2. Mac: replace \/\/research.drive.wisc.edu\/[PI NetID] with <\/strong>smb:\/\/dom.drive.wisc.edu\/sairf<\/a> and login with yourNetID@ad.wisc.edu<\/a> and NetID password<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
